Basically, does your daemon have a hyphenated or extended name? if so, why?
I've been noticing a surge, that's all. Plus, I've always been curious.

Bo-atalin is hyphenated because Boatalin looks like "BOAT-uh-lyn" instead of how I say it, "Bo-AT-uh-lyn".

No hyphens here, either. Though if there were, it'd probably look like Philot-ear, but that looks French to me, so no.

No hyphens. Apostrophe could happen... D'vecolyren, heh. But it makes me feel there's too much emphasis on the d, so there isn't one (or that it's French and I have no idea how it would actually be said then).

With the apostrophe, it's a contraction, so it would be De Vecolyren, like an elite surname. eh, bonjour, je suis monsieur jean-claude de vécolyren.
Yea, the Bo-atalin makes sense. like shell-less and shellless.

No hyphens. His name's too short for one. XD L'oki....Lok'i.... See, it doesn't work.

I do sometimes, but not usually. Hypens seem so... crass. xD

Yes. Riltharn-Dmitri. It's because I realized that Dmitri was part of his name and I couldn't think of a better way to incorporate it into his name.

No hyphen here, although I don't have anything against it as a pronunciation guide or a way to make multi-word names managable. Adding another name is certainly easier than getting rid of one...

Nope, I like it nice and simple because it suits him better, a way of evening out the strangeness of his form ^.^ I like the use of the hyphen in "Bo-atalin," if it wasn't there I'd refer to him as 'boat' ^_~

Nope, no hyphenated name here. Can't see where I'd fit one in anyway. Hy-thalia. XD Don't think so.

Well, Mew's had many, many, many names. They've usually been short. The first one was Jimmy and the most recent one was Pteryl (but it was changed back to Mew). I often suspect that his name is short for something, but Mew considers everything on a need-to-know basis, and I don't "need" to know. ¬¬
